Proposal: RENEW the existing Operating Levy

The New Ulm area is a great place to live and to raise a family.
We have excellent schools, dedicated staff, highly engaged families, and a generous community.

Current Situation
  • Enrollment is steadily increasing.
  • Finances are stable.
  • Facilities are updated and well maintained.
  • State and federal funding has not kept pace with the educational and facility needs.
  • Our operating levy expires at the end of the year; we're proposing to RENEW THE OPERATING LEVY - without it the district will face cuts.

You spoke and we listened. Last year’s tax increase was not approved. We are asking our community to simply renew what you have already approved.
